Your Credit Card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Please place your order online and not over the phone. The website is up to date on available bait selections, and the encrypted credit card processing provides the highest level of security and safety for you.

Unless your indicate your order is a gift, your baits will be individually packaged in heavy duty zip lock bags to control shipping cost. Retail packaging takes up more space, which costs more to ship. If you are ordering a gift, please leave a note in Customer Comments at Checkout.

If you call and are told an item is out of stock, it's out of stock. Due to continuing supply chain issues it is impossible for us to estimate firm availability dates!!!

Mail Order Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $8.50. We do not ship ship partial orders. Please include a valid phone number with your order for delivery questions or issues.
 
Because each lure is handcrafted to order, your order will take time to complete. We are a custom manufacturer and do not pull from aging warehoused stock! Although we make every effort to maintain our website to reflect supplies on hand, if we experience a backorder situation with no projected ship date that impacts your order we will contact you and work out a solution.

We build orders in the sequence they are received to assure fair service to all our customers. This includes both website retail orders and dealer orders. You may have only ordered 3 jigs, however there is a good chance there are multiple dealer orders for hundreds of baits in line ahead of you. We do work small retail orders into our daily production when possible, however if you need baits faster than the expected production timing, please check with your local dealer and/or Tackle Warehouse. If they are out of stock, you probably won't get your baits any faster by ordering directly from us because its likely the dealer has already placed an order with us that's scheduled ahead of yours. When we complete your order you will receive an email with shipping information and a Tracking Number for your package.

We Do Not Refund Orders Due To Timing Issues!!! 
If you absolutely must have your baits by a certain date, even if it's just a few baits, please email Andi at sales@talonfishing.com, text or call 936-201-6495 prior to ordering. I will check materials supply and let you know if it's possible to get your baits to you in time.

More Information On Supply Chain and how it impacts our production:
Maintaining our current product lines requires about 1,200 individual components. A supply issue of just one of those components can shut down a whole product line until that component becomes available again. Like every other manufacturer, our supply chain largely dictates what we can build and when. We buy inventory at least a year ahead using historical data to estimate annual volume, however demand varies from year to year and many components can be backordered for well over a year.
